COMMERCE BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS IN GROUP OPERATIONS DIVISION

(Columbia, MO, March 15, 2007) –Teresa Maledy, president, Commerce Bank, Central Missouri region, recently announced the following promotions in the bank’s Group Operations Divisions:

Owenetta Murray has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Operations. In her position she is responsible for the Teller and Group Operations division for 15 branches in the bank’s Central Missouri Region in addition to Commerce Banks in Hannibal, St. Jospeh and Southeast Missouri. Murray is also responsible for security and facility management in Central Missouri. A graduate of Columbia College, Murray earned her bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and has 35 years of banking experience. She is active in civic and charitable initiatives and has served as a volunteer for United Way’s Loaned Executive Program and American Cancer Society’s Reach to Recovery support group.

Amy Hoehne has been promoted to Retail Group Operations Officer. Her responsibilities include overseeing region-wide deposit operations, supervising branch teller and operation teams and supporting the bank’s fraud prevention and security division. Hoehne is a graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia and has approximately 11 years of banking experience. Active in the community, she is a member of Columbia Jaycees; a 2006 graduate of Leadership Columbia and serves on the local FIST (Financial Institution Security Team) Steering Committee.
