COMMERCE BANK ANNOUNCED THAT JULIE FARRELL JOINED THE BANK AS VICE PRESIDENT

(KANSAS CITY, MO, November 9, 2001) - Commerce Bank, N.A. Kansas City announced Ms. Julie Farrell joined Commerce Bank as Vice President in the Treasury Services department. She is responsible for Treasury Services sales focusing on business development in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. She has more than 11 years of experience in Treasury Management.

Ms. Farrell is a Certified Cash Manager (CCM), a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and the Kansas City Treasury Management Association (KCTMA). Ms. Farrell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from William Jewel College, Liberty, Missouri.
