(Joplin, MO – January 24, 2008) – Fred Osborn, President, MoKan Region, Commerce Bank announced the following promotion and new hire for Commerce Bank, Joplin:
Andrew Perigo has joined Commerce as Vice President, Business Banking. In his position, he is responsible for business development and relationship management related to Commerce’s full line of banking, borrowing and treasury management solutions for commercial clients. Perigo has approximately six years of banking and lending experience and is a graduate of Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Active in the community, he is a member, Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the Chamber’s Leadership Joplin and Tomorrow’s Leaders Today committees. Perigo is past president of Neosho’s Lions Club and treasurer for local Big Brother Big Sisters.
Debbie Ferrill has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Regional Retail Sales Manager for the MoKan Region. In her position, she is responsible for managing programs to support the bank’s retail sales strategies, growth goals and relationship management objectives for Commerce locations in Joplin, Cassville, Pittsburg, Independence and Columbus. Ferrill has 15 years of retail banking experience and has served in key positions including retail manager, financial services officer and teller supervisor. Ferrill is active in civic and charitable initiatives and has served as a volunteer for United Way, American Cancer Society Relay for Life and Habitat for Humanity.
