SPRINGFIELD, MO - February 9, 2004 - John Himmel, chairman, Commerce Bank, Springfield Region, recently announced that Ginny Robertson has been promoted to Retail Group Operations Officer. Her responsibilities include overseeing deposit operations, supervising region-wide branch teller teams, and supporting the bank's fraud prevention and security division.
Robertson has 10 years of banking experience with Commerce and, prior to her promotion, held several key positions including proof encoder, teller and financial credit analyst. She is a 1997 graduate of Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She is an active volunteer with Commerce Bank's Partners in Education and United Way Charitable Giving Fund.
