ST. JOSEPH, MO – March 1, 2006 – Commerce Trust Company announces the addition of two employees at its 4 th and Felix branch.
Andrew Fent has joined the St. Joseph location as a portfolio manager overseeing equity and fixed income portfolios for individuals, corporations, employee benefit/retirement accounts and non-profit organizations. Fent most recently served as an equity analyst covering the Finance, Utilities, and Consumer Services Sectors of the S & P 500 at the company’s Kansas City location. He has been with Commerce since 2001. Fent received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, and has completed levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is registered to sit for the level 3 exam this spring.
Gina Piper, new to the company, will serve as an assistant to portfolio managers and administrators. Piper received a bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE.
