Joplin, MO - May 4, 2004 - Fred Osborn, chairman, Commerce Bank, MO-KAN Region, recently announced that Richard Huskey has joined Commerce Bank in Joplin as a Residential Real Estate Lender. In his position, he is responsible for business development and customer service related to the Bank's full line of mortgage lending products including fixed rate, adjustable rate, FHA, VA, and jumbo home loan options.
"Richard has a deep understanding of the consumer lending process and will be an invaluable part of the Commerce team," said Osborn. "His joining the Bank also demonstrates our commitment to current and prospective customers and the importance we place on meeting their financial needs."
An experienced lender, Huskey was part owner and operator of a local mortgage lending company prior to joining Commerce. Active in civic and professional organizations, Huskey is past-chair of Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and Joplin Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is also an associate member of the Joplin Board of Realtors.
