Bank Signs Lease Agreement for New East Pointe Banking Center at ProDental Plaza
Columbia, MO - June 1, 2005 - Teresa Maledy, president and market manager of Commerce Bank, Central Missouri Region, announced the bank has reached a lease agreement with ProDental, LLC, as a tenant for ProDental Plaza, a premier multi-tenant commercial center currently under construction at 1700 East Pointe. Commerce Bank will operate a full-service banking center with lobby space for consumer and business banking, plus drive-up banking lanes, and a 24 hour drive-up ATM. Bank officials estimate the new branch will open for business mid to late summer.
