CASSVILLE, MO – July 17, 2006 – Fred Osborn, chairman, Commerce Bank, Mo-Kan Region, announced that Mike McCracken, Barry County native and local business executive, will join the bank’s Barry County division as community president.
McCracken joins Commerce with extensive experience in business and management. He served the majority of his career with FASCO Industries, Inc., holding key positions including manufacturing and materials manager, director of operations, president of Cassville Division, and president of AC Division. Since 2000, McCracken has served as president and CEO of Jakel Incorporated in Aurora.
A member of the Commerce Bank, Barry County, board of directors since1992, McCracken has garnered extensive knowledge of the company and its customers during 14 years of service on the board.

A native of Wheaton, McCracken and his wife, Trish, reside in Cassville and have three children, Mindi, Vinee and Joey.
