(St. Louis, MO, July 24, 2006) --- John Rouse, Director of Private Banking, Commerce Bank, announced that Cari McGuire has joined Commerce Bank as Vice President of Private Banking for The Commerce Trust Company. In her new position, she will provide customized banking and borrowing solutions to professionals, executives and high net-worth individuals.

McGuire has 8 years of banking and lending experience and holds series 6, 7, 63, & 65 securities licenses. Prior to joining Commerce, she was Vice President, Premier Banking and Investments at Bank of America. McGuire received her bachelor’s degree from Lindenwood University and is in the process of completing her MBA.
