ST. LOUIS, MO - September 16, 2005 - Shelly Nischbach, Senior Vice President, Commerce Bank, is pleased to announce that Jack Hoffmann has been appointed as director to the Commerce Bank Community Advisory Board for the West St. Louis Region.

Since 2001, Mr. Hoffmann has been the President of Milestone Solutions, a Management Consulting company. His activity in the community includes serving as a Board Member for the Institute for Management Consultants and participating in the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce President's Circle and Business Education committees. Hoffmann graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and lives in Chesterfield.
