Bolivar, MO - September 23, 2004 - Bob Moreland, community president, Commerce Bank, Bolivar recently announced the election of Jannis Keeling and Craig Lehman to the Bolivar Board of Directors.
Jannis Keeling is an accountant, financial advisor and owner of Keeling Accounting & Financial Services and H & R Block, in Bolivar. Her credentials include Accredited Business Accountant, Enrolled Agent and she is a licensed Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 General Securities Representative. Keeling holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and business education from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, and an associate of arts degree from Southwest Baptist University. Active in the community, Keeling is a member of the Bolivar Rotary Club, Bolivar Chamber of Commerce, Bolivar Community Choir and treasurer and member of Bolivar United Methodist Church.
"Jannis' diverse experience in financial services and commitment to the community will be a great asset to our bank," said Moreland, Bolivar Community President. "We are very pleased she chose to join our Board."
Craig Lehman is an insurance agent for Shelter Insurance Agency in Bolivar. He has been with Shelter Insurance since 1998 and is a Shelter Hall of Fame member and a Conference of Champions Award winner. Lehman earned a bachelor of science degree in agricultural education and a master's degree in education from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He is a past board member and committee chair of the Bolivar Rotary Club; past board member of the Bolivar Chamber of Commerce; and current board member for Polk County Youth Fair. He also attends the United Methodist Church and an active volunteer for American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
