Moberly, MO - November 12, 2004 - Ken Tebow, community president, Commerce Bank, Moberly, recently announced that Ted Richardson has joined Commerce Bank in Moberly as a residential real estate lender. In his position, he is responsible for business development and customer service related to the bank's full line of mortgage lending products including fixed rate, adjustable rate, FHA, VA, construction, and jumbo home loan options.
Richardson has approximately five years of financing and mortgage lending experience and, prior to joining Commerce, worked for the Moberly branch of a regional mortgage lending franchise. He is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association and Union Avenue Christian Church.
