• Municipal Lease: Designed for public entities including schools, counties, cities and other taxing districts. Typically used for essential equipment and includes tax-exempt interest rates that may lower effective interest costs for the lessee.
• Trac Lease: A lease on rolling stock which may be treated as a lease for tax purposes but transfers the risk and reward of ownership to the Lessee via the Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause.
• Synthetic Lease: A non-tax oriented lease structured to allow off-balance sheet accounting treatment while allowing the lessee to retain tax benefits of ownership including depreciation.
• Lease with Option to Purchase or Renew: Designed to allow companies to control the asset at lease end via an option to purchase or a predetermined renewal option.
