service delivery, including recordkeeping, administration and employee
education. In addition, your Relationship Manager has direct network access to
all plan and participant information. The other key member of your local
service team, your Retirement Education Specialist, works closely with your
Relationship Manager to establish a comprehensive communications program
tailored to your plan. This includes all initial and subsequent group and
individual participant meetings. Your team will meet with you annually to
conduct a formal service review covering all aspects of your plan. Additional
meetings may be scheduled at your discretion.
