Commercial Card Customer Service

Commerce Bank’s Customer Service department is staffed by Commercial Card employees based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Customer Service Representatives are a group of professionals who act as a primary point of contact for routine program assistance and cardholder questions.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Team include (but are not limited to):

  • Payment inquiries
  • Cardholder disputes
  • Account maintenance
  • Lost or stolen cards
  • Software questions
