Accept check payments anywhere you use the web -

  1. Hand-enter the information, or use a certified check reader to automatically populate data fields and upload the check image. Hit “Enter” and the transaction validation begins.
  2. When a check transaction is submitted, the gateway validates your customer’s bank routing number and account number.
  3. The gateway also verifies the check writer data against the National Check Network (NCN) database. Any checks with a “decline” response are not processed and you will receive a message.
  4. Transactions are submitted to the ACH network. Gateway batches all checks at 1:00 a.m. Central Time daily.
  5. Funds are automatically deposited in your designated account within 3 business days.
