Excess Financial Assistance and Other University Refunds
Through an arrangement with Commerce Bank, FHSU may direct your university refund to your Tiger Checking account, using your unique Tiger Card number. (Note: The Tiger Checking account is separate from the other accounts stored and accessed by your Tiger Card, i.e. Flexi-Cash, meal plans.) This process allows greater flexibility and convenience when accessing your funds.
You may access your funds by:
- ATM withdrawal using your Tiger Card and PIN
- Making PIN-based purchases at retailers throughout the U.S. using your Tiger Card or optional Visa® Check Card
- Withdrawal from any Commerce Bank branch including the Hays locations
