*The Balance Transfer must be from a non-Commerce account or by means of a convenience check and cannot exceed your credit limit. The Balance Transfer will be posted to your Account as disclosed in your Account agreement. The Balance Transfer Transaction fee is 3% of the Balance Transfer amount with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $75 for each Balance Transfer posted to your Account. Commerce Bank requires a minimum monthly payment which will be greater of $15, or the full amount of your total balance if it is less than $15; or 3% of your new balance plus any amounts that are past due; or 1% of your new balance plus any amounts that are past due, plus fee and finance charges accumulated during the billing period; or any amount that exceeds your credit limit. You understand that to close an account with another credit card company, you must notify the issuer directly. To assure your non-Commerce Bank accounts remain in good standing, please continue to pay that account as required. We will notify you via U.S. Mail when the Balance Transfer has been processed. It can take up to 30 days for a balance transfer to completely post on the other account.
