Should you or your family become the victim of an Identity Theft Event* and file a police report, this service provides educational materials and guides you through the process to help restore your identity and reestablish your credit.

· To be eligible for Family ID Restoration, you must have a Commerce personal checking account, reside in the United States or its territories, and be a legal adult in your state of residence. The Service also applies to the spouse or domestic partner (any person living in a legally recognized domestic partnership with Customer in their state of residence) of the registered Customer, dependent children under the age of 21 who live with the Customer and dependent children under the age of 25 who are full-time students, as determined by IRS dependency requirements.

· *Identity Theft Event means the use of Customer's name, address, Social Security number, bank or credit card account number, or other identifying information without Customer's knowledge to commit fraud or other crimes.

The cost of utilizing Check Plus Overdraft Protection is the Cash Advance fee (5% of advance amount with a $10 minimum) plus Interest at the Cash Advance rate, which begins accruing on the day of the Cash Advance. Check Plus Overdraft Protection: Credit Card subject to credit approval

Safe Deposit Box: Subject to availability. If you cancel your safe deposit box feature but maintain your box, you will be billed the usual annual fee 30 days after the cancellation. If you have already paid your annual fee and you are adding this feature to your account, the future cost will not apply until the anniversary date of your safe deposit box agreement.
