Statement Options
Online or paper? Choose the statement that best meets your needs.
Signing up for online statements is easy! Simply log in to Online Banking, click on “Self Service,” then click on “Statement Options.” Choose the option called “E-Statement Plus E-Mail Notice” and follow the instructions. Your statement will be delivered through Online Banking each month, and you’ll get an e-mail when your statement is ready to view.
Option 1: Check Safekeeping Statement - Free
Choose Online (E-Statement) or Paper
- A detailed statement including a list of all of your cancelled checks

Option 2: Check Images Statement
Choose Online (E-Statement) or Paper
- A detailed statement plus extra pages with images of your cancelled checks
- FREE for these accounts:
- A small monthly fee applies in other accounts. Click here to see if the fee applies to your checking account.

Not yet enrolled in Online Banking?
- Activate Online Banking so you can receive your statements online.
To change your statement option:
- Call 800-368-6835
- Log in to Online Banking and choose “Self Service ,” then “Statement Options”
- Come by your nearest Commerce branch
