Statement Options

Online or paper? Choose the statement that best meets your needs.

Option 1: Free E-Statement

  • Free for all accounts
  • View check images for 90 days
  • Access up to 7 years of statements
  • View statements in Online Banking as soon as they're available

Steps to Sign Up for E-Statements:

  • Log in to Online Banking and click "Customer Service"
  • Select "Choose Statement Options/Stop Paper Statements" under "Statements & Account Information"
  • Choose the "E-Statement" option
  • Follow the instructions to activate your E-Statement

Option 2: Paper Statement

  • A detailed statement including a list of all of your cancelled checks
  • Free for most accounts - a small monthly fee applies for myDirect and Student Checking accounts. myRewards accounts will be charged $2 in any month where there is not at least one single direct deposit of $500 or more during the month OR $1,500 in Commerce checking, savings and/or money market accounts1
  • View a sample Check Safekeeping Statement

Option 3: Paper Statement with Images

Not yet enrolled in Online Banking?

To change your statement option:

  • Call 800-368-6835
  • Log in to Online Banking and choose “CUSTOMER SERVICE,” then “Statements & Account Information”
  • Come by your nearest Commerce branch

Disclosures:

  1. The person listed first on the account must maintain a combined balance of $1,500 in Commerce checking, savings and money market accounts (qualifying balances are determined by using the actual daily balance on the day prior to the checking account statement cycle).
