Activate Online Banking with
Online Bill Pay* (optional)

Activating Online Banking is quick, easy and secure.
To activate with a Commerce deposit account, you will need:

  • Account number (checking, savings, or money market account)
  • Amount and date of last deposit
  • Social security number1
  • Mother’s maiden name

To activate with a Commerce installment loan or home equity loan or line of credit, you will need:

  • Loan number
  • Next payment amount and due date
  • Social security number
  • Zip Code

To activate with a Commerce credit card, you will need:

Activation Steps:

  • Select the "Activate Now" button
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Complete the online activation form
  • Sign up for Online Bill Pay* by selecting the
    option on the activation form.
Add Online Bill Pay* to Online Banking

From Online Banking, follow the steps below:

  • Click "Pay Bills"
  • Accept the separate Terms and Conditions
  • Online Bill Pay will be ready to start using in as little as four hours

You will be asked a few security questions to verify your identity in our efforts to protect you against identity fraud. After the questions are completed, click “Continue" and then click “Finished."

You are now ready to start using Online Bill Pay.
Login to Online Banking and add Online Bill Pay

  1. If you do not have a Social Security Number, you may activate Online Banking with a valid passport number or Matricula Consular from Mexico.
