How to Turn Off Paper Statements

Turning off your paper statement is easy and provides a secure way for you to receive your monthly statement.

To turn off your paper statement:

  • Log in to Online Account Access
  • Click on “Self Service
  • Click on “Statement Options” under Account Services
  • Choose the “E-Statement” option. E-Mail Notice will automatically be selected.
  • Select the button “Update Statement Options.” You’ll be asked to verify the e-mail address where you’d like to receive your statement notification
  • Then, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing your updated statement option
  • Once you confirm your selection, you’ll need to accept the E-Statement Terms and Conditions
  • Then, type in the 4-digit code provided on the next screen to activate your E-Statement option.
  • You are now ready to to receive your statement. Each month, you’ll receive an e-mail notifying you that your new statement is ready.
Your current and prior years’ statements are stored inside Online Account Access and can be viewed and printed.
