Personal Loan Application Introduction

The application you will be filling out can be used to apply for a personal loan with Commerce Bank. You can apply for an unsecured loan or apply to be pre-approved for a loan that will be secured by collateral, such as a car or boat - just to name a few. Personal loans are available to qualified applicants who reside in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Oklahoma or Colorado, where Commerce Bank operates.

As part of the application process, you will be providing personal information about yourself and a co-applicant (if applicable). In order to make the application process quick and easy, you may find it helpful to have the following information available before you begin:

• Social Security Number
• Purpose of the loan
• Current employer's name and address
• Previous employer's name and address (if at current job less than 2 years)
• Gross monthly and other sources of income
• Co-applicant information (if applicable)
• Information about the collateral that will be used to secure the loan
• Vehicle dealer's name (if applicable)
