Apply Now for a Student Loan

To apply for a Student Loan, you must complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN). This is the contract between you and your lender (Commerce). You may receive multiple loans under the same MPN over a ten-year period.

How do I complete an MPN?

Choose the method that's best for you.

1. Complete and submit your MPN online using E-Signature.

2. Download an MPN, complete the paper form, and mail it in to:
   • Commerce Bank – Student Loan Department

   • Undergraduate Students: Stafford MPN*
   • Graduate Students: PLUS MPN*
   • Parents of Students: PLUS MPN*
