Small Business Remote Deposit
Small Business Remote Deposit is a simple and secure way to make bank deposits into your small business account without ever leaving the comfort of your office.
Simplify Your Bookkeeping Process
Small Business Remote Deposit integrates with both QuickBooks® and Peachtree accounting systems to update invoices, receivables, and checking account registers at the same time the deposit is made.
How Small Business Remote Deposit Works
Our Small Business Remote Deposit service works by allowing you to:
- Deposit checks from your office. Use our desktop scanner to submit your checks electronically.
- Streamline your bookkeeping. After scanning the check information, the remote deposit software automatically records the deposits and allows you to match payments to customer invoices through Quickbooks or Peachtree.
- Transmit check images securely to Commerce Bank. The check images are transmitted to Commerce Bank using a secure, encrypted Internet connection.
- View images of checks deposited. Images of deposited checks are available to view in a searchable database.
Small Business Remote Deposit is a free service for Commerce customers with qualifying balances in a Small Business OptionsSMchecking account 2. Otherwise, there is a $40.00 monthly fee for the service. The standard scanner 3 is provided at no additional cost to all users.
