TrainingNew to banking or an old pro? No problem. Commerce provides comprehensive training for all our Personal Bankers. Your training will start with our On-boarding Experience, where we will introduce you to Commerce Bank’s values and orient you to the organization. Then for the next several weeks, you will experience a mix of in-person classroom training and hands-on learning in the branch.
Career PathWhen you start at Commerce as a Personal Banker, it’s just the beginning. You’ll develop your banking knowledge and get introduced to the many moving parts inside Commerce. From there, you can grow within your Personal Banker role by expanding your banking knowledge and gaining additional skill-sets, or you can move into branch leadership and gain management experience. You can also help deliver a great customer experience in various retail support services, where your knowledge of what makes our customers tick will help us guide the direction of retail banking. There’s no telling where you could grow.
