You will follow a roadmap for new team members, so you’ll know what to expect throughout your first year.
You will be asked for ongoing feedback through surveys so we can make improvements along the way.
Your manager will have the tools to connect with you and build a relationship. Managers will ask you questions and genuinely care about your response.
You will have opportunities to connect with your peers through Employee Resource Groups to help you develop a sense of belonging early on.
You will be in contact with our Talent Management team along the way to ensure you not only have the resources and tools to be effective in your role, but also an opportunity to ask questions.
You will be introduced and asked to embrace our Culture, learning the concepts and behaviors that make us who we are and sets us apart
