Commerce Bank uses a behavioral-based interview technique, so be sure to research the types of questions we may be asking. You should also have some ideas about the projects, tasks or accomplishments you’ll want to mention in the interview that highlight your knowledge, skills and abilities.
After you complete your in-person interview and are selected to move forward, we’ll begin any appropriate assessments and pre-employment checks required for the position. If we’re a match and you’re a great fit for our organization, our interview team will contact you and make a verbal employment offer.
