How do I sign up?
HSF® is available through participating healthcare providers. Your provider will let you know if they participate in the HSF® program.
Do I make payments directly to the provider or to Commerce Bank?
Payments should be sent to Commerce Bank.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may pay by Check, ACH, Debit Card or HSA Card.
What if I miss a payment?
Contact Commerce Bank at 1-855-893-1292 to discuss how to bring the account up to date. You may be assessed a late payment fee.
What if I want to finance additional medical expenses in the future?
You may finance new or additional expenses from the same healthcare provider using your HSF® account, so long as your account is in good standing.
