Why are you no longer supporting my Android device?
To ensure we’re meeting current standards for security and performance, we sometimes have to sunset our support of earlier operating systems.
What do I need to do to get access to the latest update?
To update your operating system, visit your phone’s Settings. If Android updates are not available to you, then newer versions of the Commerce Bank Mobile Banking App will also not be available. While you will not be able to update to newer versions of our app, you may continue to use the existing app until it is shutoff.
What options are available in the Google Store? Open/Uninstall, no option to update.
If your operating system is no longer supported, you won’t see an option to update your Commerce Bank Mobile Banking App.
If I uninstall, will I have the option to reinstall?
Once you have updated your operating system to a supported version, you will have the option to re-install. You will not be able to reinstall unless you update your operating system.
What other options can I use to access new/additional features?
You can always visit Online Banking at commercebank.com on your phone’s browser.
How can I tell what version my Android phone is?
Visit your phone’s Settings.
