Tiffany CharlesSt. Louis, MO – Tiffany Charles, vice president and marketing manager for Commerce Trust Co., is one of 20 St. Louis-area business professionals selected to receive the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2019 Diverse Business Leaders award.

The Diverse Business Leaders awards were established by the St. Louis Business Journal more than a decade ago to honor professionals who promote diversity around race, sexual orientation and disability in the workplace.

Since moving to St. Louis in 2005, Charles has championed peer-to-peer mentoring, inclusivity and diversity initiatives at Commerce Trust Company and its parent, Commerce Bancshares.
