Kansas City, MO – Commerce Bank was presented with the 2025 Seal of Accomplishment for Leader in Disability Inclusion for the third consecutive year during the Center for Disability Inclusion’s (CDI) Annual Awards Event. CDI is a nationwide organization that collaborates with businesses to advance their disability inclusion efforts.

The Seal of Accomplishment highlights organizations throughout the country who, according to CDI opens in a new window, "...are driving real change—improving talent strategies, strengthening workplace culture, and demonstrating that disability inclusion is a business advantage." Recipients have completed CDI’s proprietary Disability Inclusion Process, which provides businesses a proven roadmap to enhance their disability inclusion in the workforce, workplace and marketplace.

“As one of only five organizations to receive the Seal of Accomplishment each year since its induction in 2023, we’re proud to celebrate our third consecutive recognition,” said Felecia Hogan, director of inclusion, Commerce Bank. “This honor reinforces our commitment to prioritize disability inclusion and to foster a culture where team members thrive and contribute to stronger, more inclusive communities.”
