Commerce Bank recognized among Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces”

St. Louis, MO – Commerce Bank was recently named to Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces” list. According to Newsweek, this list “recognizes the greatest workplaces in the United States by their performance on a range of relevant metrics from the perspective of U.S. employees.”

Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights Group to comprehensively analyze organizations with more than 1,000 employees. This study incorporated public data, interviews with HR professionals, surveys from over 400,000 employees, and more than 4.9 million company reviews. Newsweek also partnered with third-party data provider Aniline, to leverage its database of over 120 key performance indicators. This data, combined with survey responses on corporate culture, working conditions and more, was used to assess key workplace factors such as leadership, integrity, compensation and work-life balance.
