How to Make a Payment


Online Banking

Log in to Online Banking  Activate Online Banking

Available 24/7/365 – Pay from any checking or savings account, eligible debit card, or HSA debit card to your Commerce line of credit.


Automatic Monthly Payment

This service can be established through Online Banking using valid checking or savings accounts information.

Get help from a Customer Care Associate. Contact an Associate at 855-893-1292 for assistance with the process to establish automatic monthly payments from your deposit account.

Additional Details and Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday and nontraditional holidays, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Closed Sunday and Federal Holidays

This method will automatically debit the payment from your designated checking or savings account each month and apply the payment directly to your line of credit as of the date you choose.

Options for automated payment include minimum payment due, a fixed payment amount or full payment of previous balance due. Please note that minimum and full payment options will detect and adjust for any other payment(s) towards your line of credit(s). The full amount of the monthly scheduled payment will not be withdrawn from the designated bank account in any month that other payment(s) toward the line of credit(s) have been made and/or the monthly payment amount has been otherwise satisfied in full. However, when utilizing the fixed payment automation option, the full amount will be withdrawn from the designated bank no matter if a partial or full payment was previously processed.

Payment credited on the date you choose the withdrawal to be made.

With a Commerce deposit account or a Commerce Debit Card: Choose to transfer funds from your Commerce Bank deposit account or an eligible Commerce debit card to your line of credit account.

With a non-Commerce checking or savings account, an eligible* debit card, or an HSA debit card.

*"eligible debit card" means it is linked to any of the following Networks: Star, Accel, Pulse, or NYCE.
