You are responsible for keeping your username, password, account numbers, personal information and account data confidential, and for informing us (in accordance with the Online Banking Terms and Conditions for the reporting of such activity) as soon as possible if you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction in your account or if you believe the security of your password has been compromised. To report any such activity, you must call us at 800-986-2265.
If you suspect that your password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen, just notify us (in accordance with the Online Banking Terms and Conditions for the reporting of such activity) within 2 business days of when you discover that your password or other means has been lost or stolen and your liability will be no more than $50.
You are also responsible for promptly reviewing your bank statement. We will reimburse you for unauthorized transactions in your account if you notify us (in accordance with the Online Banking Terms and Conditions for the reporting of such activity) within 60 days after your statement was mailed or, for those receiving electronic statements, within 60 days after you were notified by email that your statement was available online.
