Our mobile app also offers device authentication via fingerprint or Face ID. However, if you share your phone or device with others, we don’t recommend using fingerprint authentication. Remember, anyone with access to your device can add a fingerprint to your device — and once added, that fingerprint can be used to access the mobile app, and any other apps that you’ve set up to use fingerprint authentication.
By choosing “Remember Me” in the app, you will not be required to enter your Customer ID each time you log in.
