Monitor your account even when you’re not online.

Surprises can be fun — but not when it comes to banking. Alerts keep you informed about your account and your card(s) without logging in to Online Banking or the Commerce Bank Mobile App. Set up Alerts in Online Banking or in the mobile app, to receive account notifications by text or email or through push notifications in the mobile app — whichever works best for you — and you’ll be able to monitor your account at your desk or on the go.

With Alerts, you can choose to be notified when critical events occur such as:

    • A purchase is made over your specified limit

    • There is suspicious activity on your account

    • A deposit is received

    • You have insufficient funds or your card is declined

    • You lock or unlock your card

    • Your debit or credit card is used online, by phone or at an ATM

    • Your profile is changed
      (such as your Customer ID or password)

To set up Alerts in Online Banking:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click on “Customer Service
  • Select “View and Mange Alerts
  • Set up your Alerts and stay up to date on your account activity, and so much more

To set up Alerts in the mobile app:

  • Log into the mobile app (available for iPhone® or Android®)
  • Select the green menu
  • Select “Profile, Settings, & Alerts
  • Select “Alerts
  • Set up your Alerts and stay up to date on your account activity, and so much more
