Activate Online Banking for Your Business

To activate Small Business Online Banking for your business, you will need:
- Company name
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Tax ID number
- Commerce account number (this number can be found on your account statement)
Activation steps:
- Click the “Activate Online Banking” button above
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions opens in a new window
- Complete the online activation form
Once you have submitted your application, you should have access within one business day. If not, please follow up with Small Business Online Banking Customer Support at 800-986-2265.

Add CashFlow Complete to your Online Banking account.
From Online Banking opens in a new window, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Bills & Invoices dropdown
- Select “Enroll in CashFlow Complete”
Follow the instructions to complete your enrollment. You will then be taken directly to CashFlow Complete, where you can begin paying bills and receiving payments.
