We offer two flexible packages:

  • Premium ($37.50/monthfootnote 1): Full-featured solution ideal for businesses who need streamlined electronic bill payment with accounting software integration, digital approval workflows, advanced invoicing and more control over payment collection.
  • Basic ($3/month): Essential features for single-user businesses seeking simple electronic payment tools.

Certain transaction fees also apply.

CashFlow Complete syncs directly with your accounting software, automatically updating your books as payments are processed. This reduces manual entry and helps maintain accurate records.
All packages support multiple payment methods including ACH transfers, checks and debit/credit cards. Each has specific transaction fees, with 10 free ACH payments included each month. The transaction fees are: $0.40 per item after the 10 free ACH payments per month; $1.55 per item on check payments; 2.9% per item on debit/credit card payments; and $0 on virtual card payments.footnote 2
Yes! The Premium package includes two users, with additional users available at $10/month each. The Basic package is designed for single-user efficiency.
