Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry and enrolled as a full-time or part-time (at least 6 hours) student or a parent or legal guardian of a student at least 18 years of age who is enrolled as a full-time or part-time (at least 6 hours), at a post-secondary education institution, including, but not limited to, junior colleges and vocational schools, for the semester following the Sweepstakes end date. A person may also enter by mailing in an entry form or postcard with their name, address, age, phone number and email and the name of their post-secondary educational institution to: Commerce Bank/Scholarships, 1045 Executive Parkway Dr., St. Louis, MO 63141. If a person is a parent or guardian entering the Sweepstakes on behalf of their student, they must indicate they are the parent or legal guardian of the eligible student on their entry. Entries must be received by 12/31/21. No post office boxes or APO addresses. Only one entry per envelope. Mail-in entries are limited to one per person. Approximate retail value of the prize is three (3) $1,000 prizes; total Sweepstakes MSRP is $3,000.
