1. Points redemption is applied as a statement credit or electronic deposit. The statement credit redemption will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment. An electronic deposit redemption will be issued in U.S. currency through an electronic deposit to a checking or savings account of your choice. 2. You will earn and accrue points based on purchase activity and usage of Your L&M Fleet Supply Visa Reward credit card (“Account”), according to the following point earnings scale:
   1. Three points (one point and two additional bonus points or 3%) for every $1 of Net Merchandise Purchases at L&M and Family Center locations as well as landmsupply.com opens in a new window and fcfarmandhome.com opens in a new window. For example, if you spend $100 at an L&M or Family Center store, you will earn 300 Points, which may be redeemed for a $3 Points redemption. Please allow up to 30 days after the transaction posts to your account for bonus Points to be awarded. The L&M and Family Center category is comprised of Merchant ID’s provided by L&M.    2. Two points (one point and one additional bonus point or 2%) total for each U.S Dollar of Net Merchandise Purchases when your card is used for purchases in the service station or automated fuel dispensers, restaurant, fast food restaurant, or drinking places categories
   3. One point (or 1%) for each U.S. Dollar of Net Merchandise Purchases.
3. Please note that the merchant self-selects the category in which transactions will be listed, therefore transactions may not be counted in the category you might expect. Purchases made using Near Field Communications (NFC), virtual wallets, or similar technology may not be eligible for higher percentage categories.
4. Purchase means “Net Merchandise Purchases” which are purchases of merchandise or services on the Account, less any returned merchandise credits or service credits posted to the Account. Net Merchandise Purchases do not include Cash Advances, Balance Transfers or transactions using Convenience Checks or any associated fees. Other exclusions apply.
5. Customer must notify Commerce Bank within 60 days of receiving statement with unauthorized account activity.
