My Commerce Credit Card
I feel comfortable using a credit card from a local bank. Transferring money from other accounts into my credit card account when the payment is due is very convenient as are the notifications of charges in my email. I have had good advice from the customer service dept. when I have felt uncomfortable about situations that may or may not involve my credit card.

Credit line increase and redeem rewards
You have not given a credit line increase on my account yet I have been a customer for a long time. I have never been able to redeem my rewards, ever.
