A: The Commerce Bank Rewards Program is a way for you to earn rewards just for making purchases with your Commerce Bank Rewards card. It is easy, convenient and rewarding.
A: Earn Points in top categories every day, with no opt-in or point caps. Earn Points for every purchase based on your qualifying net purchases when you use your Commerce Bank Rewards card. Points can be redeemed for Cash Back1 or other exciting rewards!
A. You can call us or use our rewards website to turn your points into rewards. Once on our rewards website, redeeming is quick and easy. You’ll be able shop from countless rewards options and even book an airline ticket — all without leaving your computer.
A: The Commerce Bank Rewards Program offers Cash Back1, fuel discounts, travel, gift cards, movie tickets, merchandise and charity donations. Our travel rewards include airline tickets, hotel certificates, and auto rental vouchers. You will also find gift cards to some of your favorite, name brand merchants in a variety of categories including shopping, dining, home/office and child related rewards.
A: Net Merchandise Purchases means purchases of merchandise or services on the Account, less any returned merchandise credits or service credits posted to the Account. Net Merchandise Purchases does not include Cash Advances, Balance Transfers or transactions using Convenience Checks or any associated fees, finance charges, traveler's checks, money orders or associated fees, money transfers or other fees, gaming chips, or fees or premiums for coverage or insurance to protect the balances of an Accountholder's Account. Questions concerning eligible transactions and what constitutes Net Merchandise Purchases will be determined in the sole discretion of Commerce.
A: Generally, merchandise will be shipped from the Commerce Bank Rewards Center via a parcel delivery service or by the U.S. Postal Service and should arrive no more than 4-6 weeks after your order is received. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified if there is a delay in filling your order. Please note that shipments cannot be made to a post office box or outside the United States and eligible territories. If you have an APO address, please contact the Commerce Bank Rewards Center at 866-444-0374 for details regarding merchandise options and shipments before ordering.

  1. A Cash Back redemption is applied as a statement credit or direct deposit. The statement credit will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment. Values for non-cash back redemption items such as merchandise, gift cards, and travel may vary. The Direct Deposit Award shall be issued in U.S. currency through an electronic deposit to a checking or savings account of your choice. The Direct Deposit Award can take up to 5-7 days to become available within your account. (Please note some institutions will include their Routing/Transit Number at the end of the description).
