This is the most incompetent credit card I have ever had to deal with.
The phone customer service is incompetent. The address on one of the cards is still incorrect despite multiple efforts by me to get it corrected. Two refund checks did not reach me because of this incompetence. The complaint process about incorrect charges is a joke. I clearly told a phone customer service rep why a charge was incorrect. She did not ask for documentary proof, which I gladly would have provided. Then I got a letter many weeks later saying that my complaint was not approved and I hadn’t provided any proof! Like everything else about Commerce Bank, this credit card is handicapped by badly trained and overworked people. I have experienced such systemic, consistent, maddening incompetence in all my dealings over the last year and a half with Commerce at all levels and types of service that I have finally been pushed to disentangling myself from this miserable excuse for financial services entity. Shame on Commerce Bank.
