Overall I am very pleased with the card.

Mediocre credit card with so-so service

No one has ever spoken to us about your rewards system. It's just as well, the rewards are weak and we have no incentive to use except when American Express is not accepted. Your card is not virtual for safety online -- a big negative. Your credit card staff is neither knowledgeable or particularly helpful. And why would you have a rewards system in which the rewards disappear if you don't use? Sorry, it pains me to reflect this way since I have an otherwise satisfied customer for decades.

Nice, but not great

It's convenient to have this card, but the earnings on rewards is much less than other card providers

Customer service was very helpful, knowledgeable comforting to know that there are on my side so that there wouldn’t be fraud on my card so the issued me a new card

Acceptable for my purposes

i like too charge something else like cloths

other than that i like my card

Love the card. Know I am safe with Commerce.
