Boxes are priced by size. Stop by or call the branch where you’d like to have your safe deposit box — your Commerce Banker will be happy to speak with you about the price.

Account Opening & Maintenance

If you’re new to Commerce, you can apply online or stop by any Commerce branch to open an account. If you’re already a Commerce customer, you can log in to Online Banking and open an account, call us at 800-453-2265 or stop by your nearest Commerce branch location.
You’ll need to bring two forms of identification (including a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport or state ID card), your employer name and phone number and proof of your address.
Checking account and routing numbers can be found on your checks – view example.
The cost varies, depending on the check type, style and quantity. Reorder your checks today.
You may request a copy by phone or in person at the branch. A fee may apply. You may also print images of your check through Online Banking at no cost.
You can transfer funds easily through Online Banking or set up a one-time or recurring automatic transfer — just give us a call at 800-453-2265.
In Online Banking, simply click go to the “Transfer Funds” page by making the appropriate selection of “Transfers” then “Internal Transfers” or “Transfers”, and select the amount, date and frequency of your recurring transfer.
Contact your employer’s payroll department — use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form [PDF] to make it easier.
In Online Banking, simply click on “Account Management” under “Customer Service,” and select “Choose your Statement Options/Stop Paper Statements.”
Stop by your nearest branch with a valid ID card and your Marriage Certificate or License. In the case of a name change resulting from divorce, bring your Decree of Dissolution of Marriage. In the event of other occurrences such as adoption, bring any official document that specifies the new name, such as a Court Order.
Just stop by the branch with proof of your new address, such as a utility bill with your name on it or a signed and dated lease. Or, log in to Online Banking and go to “My Profile” under “Customer Service”, and click on “Mailing Address.”
