Options for Delivery of Statements

Option 1: Paperless Statement

• Free for all accounts
• A detailed statement
• View check images for up to 24 months in the Posted Transactions section of the Account Activity page in Online Banking
• Access up to 7 years of statements
• View detailed statement in Online Banking as soon as it's available
• Receive email notification when paperless statement is available

Option 2: Paperless Statement with Images of Checks and Deposit Tickets

• A detailed statement that includes images of your cancelled checks
• Free for CommerceRelationship checking accounts. Monthly fee may apply for other account types.
• Access up to 7 years of statements
• View detailed statement in Online Banking as soon as it's available
• Receive email notification when paperless statement is available

Steps to Sign Up for Paperless Statements:

• Log in to Online Banking and under "Customer Service" click "Account Management"
• Select "Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options"
• Choose your paperless statement preference
• Follow the activation instructions

Option 3: Paper Statement

• A detailed statement
• Free for CommerceRelationship checking accounts. Monthly fee may apply for other account types.

Option 4: Paper Statement with Images of Checks and Deposit Tickets

• A detailed statement plus extra pages with images of your cancelled checks and deposit tickets
• Free for CommerceRelationship checking accounts. Monthly fee may apply for other account types.

To change your statement option:

• Log in to Online Banking and under "Customer Service" click "Account Management"
• Select "Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options"
• Choose your Statement preference
• Follow the activation instructions
