Diligent protection
For the second straight international trip, our card was flagged for fraudulent activity during our travels. I appreciate the service, and due to the first encounter, had other funding sources to keep us moving on the road. While I wish it (fraud) hadn't happened, I appreciate that our trip wasn't spoiled by dealing with illegitimate expenses.

I still feel like Commerce is a local bank and am always treated with respect… that goes a long way in today’s world!

I really do like the card and benefits but wish more options
Annual report- you can only go back 2 years to see a copy. I lost some of my reports and tried to get a copy. No luck Reward gift cards - there are not that many that are in my area.

Payment processing
On too many occasions, I have incurred interest charges because my payment has not been processed in a timely manner. I make certain that I mail my payments in so that they arrive days ahead of their due time, but many times Commerce Bank will take 10 days or more to credit the payment. I may cancel my card if this continues to happen. It would be great if they accepted electronic ACH payments directly from my credit union, but currently my credit union has to print and mail a paper check. I feel that is also unacceptable in this day and age.
