Cash back isn’t really cash back!
I like having the card, but you have to earn so many points to actually get any cash back! Pretty much BS!

Much better rewards cards in the market
This is just an average card and if it wasn't my ATM card as well I would have cancelled it by now. So many cards offered with much better rewards programs

Very seldom use my card because it doesn't work.
I use my card for monthly auto withdraws. The card does not work at about half of the businesses I try to use it. Thankful I carry Discover to avoid the cashier handing me back my Visa card saying "it will not go through" They also ask is it for credit or debit. I have a second debit card that was suppose to solve this.

Do not use some of the features
I keep my usage very simple so I can manage everything and check it closely. I like having the ability to earn rewards.

Card is just “fine”
The Special Connections card meets all of the basic needs. Security is great, until you have to report card stolen. We had a big snafu with the agent sending a replacement card (same account number) instead of canceling the stolen card account. Thankfully, the toggle off feature worked and I had used it before the thief tried to use the card. Of course, we all have to take responsibility for our own accounts, but Commerce also has to listen to customers. Other things: I would love an offer of increased credit limit after having this card for 5 years with perfect payment history (and 6 family accounts at Commerce over the past 30 years); rewards accrue quickly, but the revamped system for redeeming them is awful—absolutely unwieldy.
