Incompetent customer, service, and difficult automated system
I can hardly understand the customer service representative, they want to argue with while you’re calling, it’s difficult to maneuver the automated system or to make a payment online

Great card to have.
I have had the Commerce Special Connections Card for several years and it offers many features and also offers low interest rate.

low rewards
I dont feel like the reward points add up as fast as other cards of mine. Also redeeming them seems to be a higher ratio to obtain things.

Despite great payment history I’ve never had a credit limit increase
Despite great payment history I’ve never had a credit limit increase. I would use this as a primary card if I had a reasonable credit limit but I keep my purchases down due to the restrictive limit. I rated all the card benefits as low for this reason. You make my card basically unusable! I would use it as a go to otherwise.

Redeeming rewards
Used to be, rewards could be redeemed easily, like the total. Now it’s $25 at a time, takes too long to be convenient. Recently able to knock off some at Schnucks which is nice.
